This product can be softening and plasticity under the lower temperature and it is a new type of polymers. It character changes according to the temperature. Under the normal room temperature (20 to 30ºC ), the material is solid state, hard texture;  Our product can be put into the hot water (The Temperature about 65-70ºC) about 2-3 minutes, it will be soften, and you can make to any shape. Our product very light, good breath ability, high strength, very good tensile, you can stretch it freely, X-ray permeability very good, no stimulation to the skin, biodegradable.

[Cautions]:

1. When you are heating the material in hot water with about 65-75ºC, the water must below 176ºF(80ºC) be sure to maintain the appropriate time, neither too long nor too short, in general, it is enough to make it soften and activated about 2-3min.
2. After the positioning mask was soften, it could be operated within 2-3 minutes in room temperature surrounding . The surrounding temperature would affect the level of hardening.
3. It is important that the thermoplastic are completely cool before removing it from patient, if remove it when still warm, it will cause additional shrinkage and will be very tight in the patient. A cool, damp towel can help speed the cooling process.
4. Be careful with using.
5. Thermoplastic material with engineered limited shrinkage. Remould a mask when the patient's volume has increased or decreased.

[Operation Instructions]:
 
  1. Select the applicable positioning mask for head, head neck shoulder or body Mask.
2. Put the mask into the water with constant temperature of 149ºF-167ºF/65-75ºC for 2-3 minutes when the mask changed to transparent and soften.  Please take it out and put it on the operation table, dry it with a piece of soft cloth. Put the mask on the suitable fixing part to shape it and fix it on the adapter board.  
3 After 2-4 minutes when the mask is in a certain strength, draw the mark line and take it out for the future use.
